We want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please check the information below before requesting a return.

Colour-matched and custom-made paint

Paint mixed to a registration, paint code, colour or other customer specification is made specifically for that order. Custom-made products cannot normally be returned because you changed your mind or supplied the wrong colour information.

When we will put things right

Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied or mixed differently from the confirmed order details. Please provide the order number, clear photographs and the vehicle paint code where relevant so we can investigate quickly.

Non-custom products

Unused, unopened non-custom products may be returned within 28 days, subject to the conditions in our full refund policy. Items must be safely packaged and returned in resalable condition.

Before using the paint

Check the label and test the paint in an inconspicuous area before applying it to the vehicle. Used custom paint cannot be resold.
