These terms apply when you browse this website or place an order with Touch Up Car Paint. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these terms.

Products and colour information

Vehicle registrations, colour names and photographs are guidance only. The manufacturer paint code is the main reference for colour matching. You are responsible for checking the selected paint information before using the product.

Custom-made products

Colour-matched paint is mixed to the vehicle information, paint code or colour specification supplied with the order. Custom-made products cannot normally be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where required by law or where the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we confirm that the order can be supplied. We may contact you if vehicle or colour information is incomplete, inconsistent or requires confirmation.

Prices and availability

Prices, product descriptions and availability may change without notice. If an obvious pricing or product information error affects an order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Courier delays outside our reasonable control may affect arrival times.

Using the products

Follow all instructions and safety information. Test paint before applying it to the vehicle. Results depend on preparation, application, the condition of the original finish and any colour variation caused by age or previous repairs.

Returns and statutory rights

Our returns information explains how custom and non-custom products are handled. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
