Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders are prepared, dispatched and delivered.

Order preparation

Colour-matched paint is mixed to order. Preparation begins after the required vehicle or paint details have been received and checked. Missing or conflicting information may delay dispatch.

UK shipping

Standard UK delivery normally takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Faster services may be offered at checkout when available. Delivery time is additional to the made-to-order preparation period.

Tracking

Tracking details are issued after dispatch where the selected service supports tracking. The first scan may not appear until the courier has processed the parcel.

International shipping

Eligible products can be shipped to supported international destinations. The available service, price and estimated timeframe will be shown at checkout. Local duties or taxes may apply.

Delivery delays

Once a parcel is with the courier, severe weather, service disruption, customs checks and other events outside our control may cause delays. We will assist with reasonable courier enquiries.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check the delivery address before completing checkout. Extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged before a parcel is resent.

Missing or damaged parcels

Report a missing or damaged delivery through our contact page as soon as possible. Include your order number and photographs of any damaged packaging or products.
